River City Windows

Extremely impressed with the entire process through River City windows, from the man who came out to do the quote through the installation. This company clearly hires only professionals, and for the price I will always go with them for all my window needs. Daniel and David did my install and they worked so efficiently and accurately I could tell they took much pride in their work. The final fit and finish really drove home how well of a team River City Windows has created.

We recently had 28 brand new Anlin windows installed by River City Windows, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the very beginning, Jeff on the sales team was thorough, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He took the time to answer all of our questions and quickly updated the contract whenever we decided to adjust or add items. The entire office staff was incredibly responsive and always quick to get back to us with any questions we had, which made the process smooth and stress-free. Installation day went just as well. David, Daniel, Michael, and Vlad were fantastic—professional, kind, efficient, and very respectful of our home. We have young children, and they thoughtfully prioritized completing the primary bedroom and bathroom first so we could continue using those spaces comfortably. That level of consideration meant so much to our family. They worked quickly without sacrificing quality. The craftsmanship is excellent, and our new Anlin Windows look absolutely amazing—such a beautiful upgrade to our home! Cleanup was thorough, and we really appreciated that they offered to rehang all of our blinds and even dispose of the ones we no longer needed. It truly felt like a full-service experience from start to finish. We highly recommend River City Windows—an outstanding company with an exceptional team!

River City Windows provided excellent customer service and a quality product at an affordable price! I had four Sacramento based companies come out to provide quotes and River City Windows beat out the competition offering the exact same product by hundreds of dollars. On the day of installation, the installers were professional, respected my house and did an excellent job cleaning up. I highly recommend River City Windows and will be doing business with them in the future!

We just had a window converted to a slider and a window in the kitchen resized to fit cabinets. From start to finish it was an easy process with RCW. The quote from Geoff was fast and very reasonable. Install day with Daniel and David was long and a lot of work but they did a great job!!! They were professional polite and paid attention to detail and worked non Stop. I would not have even known they were here it was spotless when they left. We still have finish work todo but am sure it will go smoothly.

Outstanding Experience with River City Windows We hired River City Windows to replace all the windows and doors in our house, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. All the products installed were Milgard windows and doors, and the price was unbelievable — about $5,000 cheaper than every other quote we received. There were no hidden costs, just honest and transparent pricing. The entire installation was completed in one day. The crew was professional, fast, and very well organized. They clearly knew what they were doing and worked efficiently without cutting corners. When the job was finished, they cleaned up thoroughly, leaving the house spotless. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of the products, the workmanship, and the overall service. If you’re looking for high-quality windows and doors at a great price with excellent installation, I highly recommend River City Windows.
