When I purchased the windows, my contractor wasn't available to take measurements. A salesperson came and took the measurements. At the start of the installation, we realized that all eight windows were too large for the existing openings. The salesperson came in person to acknowledge his mistake and told us quite plainly, "Just install them and we'll sort it out later."We had to enlarge all eight window openings. Cost: approximately $1,500 extra for installation. I sent them a copy of the invoice, and they replied that ultimately it was my problem, and no compensation or arrangement was possible. Thanks for the excellent service.
Mixed feelings about LGC. The product is very convincing and the installation went smoothly. However, the service is lacking in some areas (incorrect measurements, no-call/no-show, no credit card payment).
