Quote requested on September 2nd and promised for the 3rd. I called on the 3rd and left a message (never heard back). Expected until Thursday the 4th and went in person, after apologizing profusely my quote is promised for the next day Friday the 5th. Received a phone call towards the end of the day to say that the quote is almost finished and it will be ready Monday morning September 8th. without fail..........Still no quote returned Monday 2:30 p.m. Very interesting product which I was really very interested in, too bad.............So I gave the contract to another company.........a contract for 14 windows close to $20,000.................If you don't need work or customers, perfect, keep it up. You won't get good feedback from me from all my friends who do renovations. (at least regarding the service)
Excellent after-sales service. They honored a warranty claim that the manufacturer refused to honor (Martin doors). The work was done very well (and even better) and the service was very friendly. We are very satisfied with the Polair 3 team.

We had a mysterious bullet-sized hole in one of our thermoses, what a nasty surprise! It was very pleasant to talk to Steve from Polair 3 during the entire process of replacing the thermos (very easy to reach by phone and takes the time to answer all questions). The employee who came to take the measurements was also very courteous and took the measurements well. The employee who came to install the new thermos today was jovial and it was very pleasant to talk with him while he went about the task. A beautiful new thermos, a friendly team who never made me feel bad about not expressing myself well in terms related to windows, and impeccable service! Especially, at a very competitive price. I highly recommend!
