José was very timely, letting us know he would arrive soon and then arriving within 5 minutes before the scheduled start time. He took care to lay down protection on our floors and performed all the work in a reasonable amount of time. He was thorough in keeping us informed of his progress and verifying our preferences for bench, shelving and grab bar placement. He gave us care instructions and warnings about not using the shelves or shower before the adhesives and sealants were cured, and then went over warranty and service info. All in all, very thorough, professional and friendly. We gladly recommend José as an excellent installer and Mad City representative.
Mad city did a wonderful job on our new bath and shower combo.The old tub was horrendous and it was time to upgrade.The sales manager came and explained all the product details and answered all the questions we had.The sales conversation was a bit lengthy but overall good.The installation was quick especially due to us having cast iron piping. They knew what they were doing.Very professional and knowledgeable and informative.Would highly recommend Mad City
I am very happy with the work Darren from Mad City has done. From start to finish, he and all representatives from Mad City were polite, timely, professional and attentive. I had a garden tub replaced with a full-size, walk-in shower. The timeline was followed as estimated up front. The attention to detail, quality of work, and care put into every step really impressed me. Eric was the installer for my cabinet refacing/refinish. He was outstanding! Very prompt, professional, friendly and extremely meticulous in his work! Worked nonstop during entire two days… He put up plastic sheeting around the work area, to protect surrounding kitchen from dust; cleaned up areas he worked with before advancing to next area. His experience and expertise in kitchen cabinets showed in all the care and expedience of the project at hand!The follow up from Mad City Windows, Bath, Kitchen was great! Jack came on initial product sales meeting; Roger was lead installer for the install, concern and question regarding a blind cabinet shelving install was forwarded to Cory who set up appointment for service appointment, and Follow up questions and review call from Brad at home office was awesome! This company was great to work with, and highly revommend!
Jacob was a FANTASTIC installer! Very detail oriented, professional, and a GREAT communicator. He was very client oriented to assure all concerns and visions we had for our TUB TO SHOWER INSTALL were addressed. The area was kept clean and orderly during each phase of the install. All materials were cleaned up before he left the premises. Quality workmanship, such a beautiful upgrade. It was a pleasure working with he and Morgan. They made our experience seamless.
