Cascade staff are really knowledgeable and they have truly great prices. Twice during this current project they have come through with significantly cheaper prices than baseline Home depot products! Their timeline is on point, too, whether it product delivery or replying to messages. Wish I would have known about them sooner.
I am a contractor, and have used many distributors for doors. Since I got in contact with Tony and his team at Cascade Doors, I have not shopped elsewhere.The doors coming out of this shop are far better quality than shelf available doors, and they are frequently cheaper. The nice thing for me is they cut the doors down to the exact height I need them, and with the exact jamb thickness I need. Great quality, great customer service, and great prices!
Should have stuck with homedepo. The picture is of the last screw of my pocket door frame for the track. The screws are about 6 inches apart and appears to be missing the last one. Didnt realize the the screw was loose and missing the last one until my pocket door was installed. Cascade referred me some one to fix it on my dollar. The referred person told me cascade quality has dropped over several years and has constant work fixing there products. Building my forever home and thought I would go with a better quality doors and made the mistake. Go with big box store and brands.

Well, after trying 3 times to remedy the wrong size door, this is what I was given. I had a couple doors to order and decided to start with the “simple” one, a pre-hung interior door. I wouldn’t recommend using this company if you want anything done correctly or in a timely manner. Looks like I’m going to take the custom exterior door orders like literally anywhere else.
