Bubba Florez went above and beyond in customer service for this project. I had a budget that I wanted to stick to and Bubba made sure that it was kept. I was informed at every step of the budget, and he made sure I was on track and happy with the budget and work. I had rot repair, deck repair, siding, window replacement, flashing and trim of windows/doors, and minor detailing work. Considering the stress of having to replace a substantial amount of siding due to water damage, we had a positive experience with SWF. Travis, the project supervisor was fantastic. Personable, patient, kept us up to date, hard worker and took pride in his work.The only issue was the fact that we had to proactively pursue the credit we were due for returned material.
We are extremely happy with the work done by SFW Construction. We had some extensive dry rot, more than we had expected. Jose and his coworker were very thorough, professional, friendly, efficient, and at the end of each day, everything was cleaned up when the left. Don't get me wrong, it is expensive when you are dealing with dry rot, quotes are unlike quotes you get for other work. I spoke with 5 companies, SFW was in the middle. Jose was excellent about showing us the issues/rot they uncovered, he would share the options with us, letting us decided how to proceed. He and his team also showed empathy, as it is very stressful when more dry rot is discovered than you were expecting. At no point did I feel they were working a larger area than they should be or trying to say there was more damage then there was. They were extremely efficient, constantly working hard. We feel very confident in the work that was done and will use them again in the future. My mother is 78 years old, she felt safe and heard with every interaction, thank you SFW, Jose and crew, for a positive experience, and we have confidence in their work.
