Reviews

What customers say

Two customers report problems getting follow-up: one says they had waited months for a response about major issues, while another says messages about a service request went unanswered after the business estimated a two-month wait. One new-construction customer says the owner emailed a quote the next day and said the windows could be delivered within three weeks; the customer was happy with how they turned out. Another customer says Cascade-manufactured vinyl windows replaced old aluminum ones, and praises the prompt visit, price and installation result.

Terrible follow up we have been waiting months for them to respond to fix some major issues,

Darren Farnsworth

I contacted them 75 days ago for service and they mentioned that I would be two months out. I have messaged them a few times and no reply. Off to the next window company.

Hugo Miqueias

I called several window companies in the Salt Lake area to get quotes for a new construction project and Salt Lake Window Company was the only one to answer on the first call. Rick, the owner emailed me back with a quote the next day and said they could have the windows delivered within 3 weeks. I waited a few more days to get a couple other quotes to compare and all the other companies were not only more expensive, but were looking at 6-12 weeks to ship. Needless to say I ended up choosing Salt Lake Window Company and couldn't be happier with how my windows turned out! I highly recommend them.

Replaced the old Aluminum Windows in my home with Vinyl manufactured from Cascade. Rick came out promptly and we were very happy with the price and end result of the install. I would highly recommend Salt Lake Window Company to anyone looking to replace the windows in their home.
