The design was a bit... unconventional (think “cat watchtower meets elegant privacy”), but Brian didn’t bat an eye. He listened patiently as we explained our feline surveillance needs and responded with nothing but kindness and professionalism. Not once did he let on that he was dealing with an eccentric old guy with a very specific vision—he simply said he’d never seen anything quite like it, but was confident his team could make it happen.And they did. From the minute I walked in the door of Budget Blinds to the minute the installers left my home—it was a 5 Star experience. Brian came by to measure. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. The ladies in the front office were very accommodating and professional. Now—let’s move on the installation. 1st off the shutters came earlier than I had expected—which made me happy! I got a courtesy text when the installers were due to arrive.Right on time!!John & John we’re handling the install and just WOW. What a great team! They worked super fast and answered all my questions. They even loved on my dogs—which made them both pretty happy. (The dogs, not the Johns… Well maybe the Johns too.) The shutters are BEAUTIFUL. Flawless. We couldn’t be happier.Brian—you have a great team. John and John are super efficient, kind, professional and kind of even funny, but don’t tell them I sad so. :-)I can’t wait to do the next three rooms!
