Southwest Exteriors

We are so happy with Southwest Exteriors. They replaced 3 large windows in a home we purchased and they were so professional. They communicated perfectly. The showed up on time. The crew were professional and friendly. The did a great job prepping for the take out of the old windows and when they installed the new windows they were so meticulous. The cleaned up everything when finished. The other guy came out and made any repairs from the tear out, touched up paint and we are so happy and we highly encourage you to give them a shot. Charley was great!

I cannot say enough about the amazing experience I had using Southwest Exteriors. I had a sliding glass door installed in my kitchen, and from the first interaction to installation, the professionalism, communication, quality of product, and install, has exceeded my expectations. I plan to use them again in the near future and will tell all of my neighbors of my positive experience. In a world where “average” is the expected standard, Southwest Exteriors is FIVE STAR. My business is professional development training, and I can’t give enough kudos to the standard that this company, Southwest Exteriors, has set.

We went with Southwest Exteriors for a front door and a patio/screen replacement. The professionalism and knowledge of everyone in the process was absolutely top notch. The communication along the way was outstanding. I wish I could give 10 ??s. They were just that good! Our doors were installed over the last two days and we could not be happier. I definitely recommend Southwest Exteriors for your home projects. Special thanks to Frank, sales consultant, Lindsi, the kind voice that kept me notified of everything, Martin our Project Manager, Kyle and Greg our superb installers, and Gilbert our great finish up person. If I missed anyone, not intentional.

The siding of our 1993-built house was on its last legs. After reading the great reviews, we got a quote from Southwest Exteriors for Hardie plank siding. We also got a quote from another well-reviewed company that installs vinyl siding. Southwest was just 10% more for a Hardie siding, which several neighbors attested to lasting decades. The installation was delayed for us by a month but Southwest kept us in the loop. And when they were ready for installation, they were fast and professional. The team worked very cleverly, keeping an eye on weather all the time and ensured we were never put in a tough spot. The work was excellent and the clean-up was thorough. For the quality of service and the longevity of the product, the price was a steal. I would recommend Southwest whole-heartedly.

The Southwest Exteriors team was phenomenal. Jake, our initial rep, was knowledgeable and met with us several times to help us decide on the best windows for our home and budget. The timeline, cost and service aligned with all the expectations Jack and I discussed at the beginning of the project. The installation crew, led by Albert, was also exceptional and professional. They did a fantastic job of covering my white furniture and cleaned up every evening to minimize dust. Horacio and Denny came in to do final touches and they were also professional and did a great job.
