Great price and efficient
My husband called and made appointment. 1pm, we called to follow up and check on their ETA and the lady who was with Kevin said that they should be at our place in half an hour. They didn’t get to our place until 4pm, 2 1/2 hours LATE! Very inconsiderate and unprofessional. I asked how long it will take them to finish and Kevin said 20-30 mins, and as expected that didn’t happen. We have to leave them by themselves and hope they will make up and do a good job. We have other commitments that day and we either cancel it or inform that we be late because of this company’s irresponsibility. Customer service sucks! Think twice before using this company.
This glass company is a No!Kevin the owner is rude and definitely has an attitude of take it or leave it. We used him for a job last month and wished we hadn’t.
Mirrors installed in my studio all fell down in one day. Fortunately, the dance class scheduled had not started and no human was hurt. The floor and AV I’m not sure about. Kevin is blowing me off. I can’t access my studio. I can’t give any classes. I’m so beyond angry. He wants his insurance adjusters to assess this and won’t even clean it up until they do. I’m not having my people risk getting cut, so I’m not giving classes. This is just inappropriate.
I come here to replace my windows and the prices are fair compared to others and it's close by. They do delivery but it gets a little pricer but then again labor is more expensive then the part.
