I had a great experience with Rondy’s Glass Service. They’ve clearly been in business a long time and really know what they’re doing.I brought in a broken sliding glass door from a display case at our shop early in the morning right after they opened. The receptionist was very friendly, and one of the staff members even came outside to help me take the broken door out of my trunk, which I really appreciated.The turnaround time was impressive, they had it ready for me the same day by midday! I was able to take it back to our store and reinstall it in the display without any issues.Overall, they were friendly, professional, and worked quickly to meet my needs. I definitely recommend them if you’re looking for reliable glass service.

I had my sliding glass patio door replaced by Rondy’s Glass about three months ago. Was happy with the installation and the guys that did the job. However, last week the latch broke with the door in the locked position, so I couldn’t open or close it. I called Rondy’s to see what needed to be done to fix it. I talked to Cynthia who told me that someone would call me back later that day after the guys came in from the field and they could find out what their availability was. I hadn’t heard anything by 2:00 p.m., so I called back again and got the same answer, but with a little snippier tone from Cynthia. That was Wednesday, today is over a week later, and I still have not received a return phone call! This is absolutely horrible customer service! At a minimum, a courtesy customer service phone call letting me know that they were still checking availability or whatever the excuse is would be good customer service. If I had gotten that phone call, I would have been happy to wait a little longer, knowing that my problem was going to be addressed. But nothing. I’ve had to resort to calling another glass company, that I’m going to have to pay for, and they will be coming out this afternoon. I will never use Rondy’s again!
Very nice people and courteous. I needed a picture frame glass replaced frame measured 24x34 and he said the turn around time is going to be a day. My mom always used their services for screens, windows and frame work I would highly recommend them for they also have great quality work.
The guys here are awesome! Very helpful and kind! They’ve been here forever and know their glass. They cut any size you need. I will be back:) My husband built a snake cage and they cut custom pieces for it which turned out great!
