Torres Glass was recommended. I called, and a rep came within a couple of days. He gave me a quote. A week later, I called the office to see when someone was going to come work on my window. He had forgotten about me. He said that he was busy at the moment and that he would call me back within half an hour..Has not called yet. I mentioned this to the persons that recommended TORRES. They said that the same thing happened to another couple recently. If they were having problems with scheduling, they could have mentioned it. My schedule is flexible.
On 1/21/2023, he came by and replace the windows for us. A week later the glass is show broken line and we have been reach out to Torres for repair. He keep promises and did not come. Last promise that he will come out on 2/15 morning and we are waiting for whole day and still not come by to fixed. I have sent you the message.Finally, today 2/17 he called me that he will stop by to replace the windows for us. He finally did show up and several broken promise. However, he did complain why are we put bad review. I honestly telling the true. We have been asking and asking for help to replace to glass. We keeps to promise and promise and he never show up. Don’t promise to us then do not show up to fixed. We just want issue fix. Overall, I think if you sell bad products and break, you should expect replace a new product and keep your promise when you tell customers that you are going come and fix. Don’t just break your promise.Finally, we are happy that you come and replace our windows. Thank you.
