To start my permitted project in Carmel Valley I contacted La Cantina, who referred me to a supplier in another county. It took me awhile to realize just about everybody sells La Cantina. I was happy with the referral because I understood it to be sell and install. Over a long course of my project I was told the seller would not be available to install but could provide referral. I could see they lost interest on the most expensive part of my project, perhaps because of distance. I contacted a local supplier who was not really engaged not providing advice. Then I found DWS. I went to the showroom, and saw things there and provided great discussion as to meeting my needs and options to get a better outcome. Importantly, they have relationships with installers. My folding window worked out only because of these relationships and the service provided. Take a look at my zero post La Cantinas. The original supplier La Cantina referred me to, as well as me, were measuring the concrete for size. Dan at DWS came to my house with RMG, the installer, and pointed out the measurement had to be done on the overhead beam, which exceeded the length and width of the concrete. Only because of this team I bypassed an epic fail for some very expensive glass. Seriously a frighteningly prospect. Zero post La Cantinas turned outwesome. A shout-out to the installation team also for the work on the folding window. Sapele butcher block, one piece, routered out the channel with perfection. I have Marvin sliders in the front. I'm unbelievably happy how this turned out. Kudos to the team! Thanks Dan and Romo
I received a recommendation from a friend to use Designer Window Supply instead of a competitor. My experience was excellent - great product, prompt customer service and surprisingly good price.
Krystal and her team have always been there for our clients with window and door solutions. As a general contractor I need reliable professional services and support for our customers. Whether large Casita doors are specialty windows they provide great solutions. Highly recommend her team
Designer Window Supply is an excellent business to work with! They are courteous and provide close attention to detail, provide advice and guidance on what we needed for a major home project, and were very quick to respond and support to customer service questions we had. I will definitely use them again for our next project and highly recommend this business!
We were looking to up the cool factor at our beach house in Exuma, Bahamas, and were looking at the view out of our kitchen window and felt the framing of the window was detracting from the view. We researched window options and came across Designer Window Supply's awning-style windows. After reaching out, we were connected with Thomas "Tomaso" Hopkins and began working with him on the suitability for our oceanfront location and work out the dimensions. He was friendly, knowledgable, and great to work with from the initial call through after the install.Building on a remote island created many challenges including the need to have everything just perfect as any adjustments would mean a lengthy delay. Tomaso's attention to detail and thoughtful planning was critical to the window being delivered on time and fitting perfectly. I was notified part way through the window's manufacturing that there was going to be a delay, but Tomaso and team were able to figure out a solve and got the window back on track for an on-time delivery. We love our new window and it has delivered the look and wow factor we wanted...actually even better. I highly recommend Designer Window Supply.Rob - The Salt House, Exuma, Bahamas
