The American Home Renewal team recently completed a full exterior refresh of our home including new pre-construction windows, insulation, sheathing, waterproofing, siding and trim. The work was excellent, the house looks great and the cost, while on the higher end of the 5 bids I got, was fair, particularly considering the quality of the work, outstanding experience with the crews and a few small extras that they included without tacking on change orders. A few specific things I'd highlight: * Chris (principal) was great to work with and our interaction was what really sold me on going with AHR in the first place. Clear, professional, incredibly thorough and detailed on the estimate, and when talking through the scope of the project. * Keith (the PM on the job) was always in touch, great about providing updates on progress, was VERY responsive when I had questions and was great about following up after the product to make sure things were cleaned up and the debris box was picked up in a timely manner. He also handled coordination with the electrician and the city on inspections/permitting. * The crews were super nice, courteous to my family, did exceptional work and didn’t leave a bunch of trash and debris all over the place (which I’ve often dealt with in the past with other companies) * Chris asked the crew to “give some love” to our front/back doors since the original remodel crew 7 years ago, did a crappy job hanging them and they were constantly sticking/hitting the frame. They rehung both doors at no charge and now they are so much better! * They finished 3 DAYS EARLY. When was the last time that happened on a construction project??!? Great group, across the board. Highest possible recommendation if you need remodel work done!

We recently had American Home Renewal install Hardie Board siding on our entire home for fire mitigation and woodpecker avoidance. From initial proposal to project completion, their team did an efficient, quality, professional job. They were able to complete the job in just 3 weeks finishing before the Christmas holiday. It looks great and we are very pleased. I would definitely hire them again.

I recently had Chris and his team at American Home Renewal replace the siding on the back of my house, and I could not be happier with the process and the end result - they seriously know how to deliver. They installed James Hardie board in Aged Pewter with Arctic White accents, and the finished result is absolutely beautiful -- clean, modern, and incredibly well-crafted. From day one, the entire process was easy and stress-free: from when they came out here to scope out the space and give a quote, to when they sent over the contract, and scheduled installation, and showed up as promised. They showed up on time every single day, worked with impressive efficiency, and completed the project exactly within the timeframe they originally estimated. The professionalism of this crew is unmatched -- respectful, skilled, and genuinely committed to doing the job right. I'm in the middle of a particularly harrowing backyard remodel, and Chris and his team were a complete breath of fresh air (I'm so grateful one thing finally went so smoothly!!). Reliable, clear communicators, and just an overall pleasure to work with. I truly cannot recommend them highly enough. I'm already planning to bring them back to replace a couple of exterior doors, and I'll be enthusiastically recommending them to anyone I know who needs exterior work done (I only wish they did interior work too! and then I'd just exclusively use them for everything!). If you want craftsmanship, professionalism, and a stress-free experience, this is the team to hire.

American Home Renewal did a fantastic job on our home (new siding on entire house and a few new windows). Excellent experience from beginning to end. Strong communication throughout, great craftmanship and attention to the smallest details, extremely polite/respectful/professional crews and they kept the jobsite clean. Very happy with the finished product and would recommend them to anyone.

We hired American Home Renewal to replace a portion of our siding and had a great experience with them from start to finish. We found everyone with the company to be responsive, thorough and transparent in both the quoting and project execution. All the work was done on time and as scheduled. Crew was excellent and cleaned up the site each night. Overall, felt like we got the service you’d expect from a locally owned business with the professionalism and efficiency of a scaled operation. Would highly recommend- by far the best experience I’ve had with any contractor.
