We spent over a $100,000 and can't get a return phone call.

In October, we replaced all the windows and back door in our house. All the employees were great. Near the end of the job, Rob the Owner, was rude as hell. But we moved on.

Then in January, the door is leaking. We reported it immediately. They never came out. They blamed it on the manufacturer, Anlin and filed a claim. We never heard from Cal Coast Windows again. No follow up. It took us 6 weeks to get a manufacturer rep to come out. Anlin rep came and wrote an entire report claim Cal Coast is at fault and it's not a manufacturer issue. Now we can't get Cal Coast to come out.

It was a $100,000 project but since the money was paid they have no sense of urgency that water is coming in the home.

I had a great experience working with Cal Coast to replace my old single pane casement windows. I had gotten a number of quotes and Cal Coast came in at a good balance of reasonable price and their offering of brand and types of windows I wanted.

The process probably took longer than normal because my town has very stringent permitting requirements and I decided to do it myself vs using Cal Coast’s services. Mike and the team were super responsive, helpful and patient during the process especially since we had to change our window schedule multiple times to meet design and permitting requirements.

Once windows were order and shipped, installation was quick and the team was great answering our questions during installation and even went the extra mile to help make sure our existing shades fit with our new windows.

I highly recommend Cal Coast!

Had a great experience with Cal Coast. Mike was very informative and did a great job explaining the pros and cons of the available options. We were under a bit of a time crunch and he was able to schedule us quickly. The bid was very competitive with other companies.
Manny led the install and provided excellent work and customer service, including replacement of some improper materials used in previous remodel work. He came back to do the texturing of the stucco and matched it perfectly. We’ll definitely reach out to Cal Coast again when it’s time to replace our other slider.

From start to finish my experience with Cal Coast getting retrofit windows was fantastic!

Sal was the first to come out to give the initial quote and product options, he was very personable and great to work with. Sal was able to help with good pricing to meet my budget needs.

Gary then came next to do final measurements before ordering; this was pretty quick work and he was very thorough.

Once the Windows were built and ready to be installed, the installation manager Lorna was very quick to schedule an installation date and accommodated my scheduling requests.

On the installation day, Juanito and Mauricio arrived on time, worked very efficiently and professionally, and did exceptional installation work.

I would highly recommend Cal Coast to anyone looking for new windows!

Jill Robinson on Cal Coast Window & Door

We had two sets of sliding doors installed from Cal Coast, and they were fantastic from beginning to end. The work took two days to complete and I was so impressed with the installers, they were very friendly and professional. They kept noise and disruption to a minimum as much as they could, and everything was left perfectly when they finished up.
The cost of the doors themselves was more reasonable than any other company we contacted (and some didn't even get back to us), and it included parts/labor and warranty so it was definitely worth the money.
I highly recommend Cal Coast, I'll definitely be coming back to them if we need any work in the future!
