We had three windows replaced, one door installed, and a window converted to a sliding door. The windows and doors look fantastic and are a huge improvement. The installers were great (especially Luis T., Carlos, Ignacio, and Porfirio). They worked hard and efficiently and are very skilled. The installation was done very professionally.The only reason I am not giving 5 stars on this review is because of lack of communication during project planning. From start to finish, this project took well over a year (my neighbors built a house before our sliding door was installed). Every step of the way I had to keep prompting the company on project status, permit status, next steps, etc. I had to bounce ideas around how to get the project done quicker and keep asking why it's delayed. We ended up having to remove one window from scope (because they ended up not actually having what we wanted) and split the remaining project into two projects (door and windows in one, then window to sliding door conversion in another) because of permit processing time and structural complications that could should have been communicated to us right from the start.
Our experience was Perfect. From the first visit with the estimator to the final product install it could not have been better. The installation crew was terrific. On time, friendly, professional, and even made sure my dog didn't get loose. One of many impressive things was calling us after the install was complete to say they were going to replace a Very Large picture window because the installers saw a scratch in it. We had not even seen the scratch.After the install, I called about a problem removing sliding windows to be able to clean them. Christina handled the timing and did a great job setting it up to fit our schedule. Then she followed up to make sure we knew they were coming and when. The two reps who came, Luis T. and Carlos were right on time and Very helpful. It turned out that the issue was simple, the fix something I wasn't aware of, and they showed me how to handle it.This is a wonderful company that I highly recommend.
Just got done with a great installation done by Luis T, Luis H and their installation teams, Carlos, Jose, and Erick. They got here on time, finished the indoor work quickly, and there was zero mess left over either inside or out. The new stucco looks great and matches the existing exterior perfectly. Also a shout-out to the scheduler Lucero M, who got these scheduled for installation promptly and with no hassle at all. I'd absolutely recommend these guys if you need new windows.
Our experience with American Vision Windows started off on a great note thanks to Project Manager Chris Mojarro. He was our first point of contact and came to our home to go over everything in detail. From the beginning, Chris was knowledgeable, helpful, and communicative—he made the entire planning and prep process easy and stress-free. His support continued all the way through to installation day, and we truly appreciated his professionalism.On the day of installation, the crew arrived promptly at 8 AM and immediately got to work. There were eight people on site, and they worked efficiently and respectfully. They took great care in protecting our home—laying down coverings on the floors and using plastic to shield our furniture. Demo started right away, and they managed to wrap up the entire job by 1:30 PM!Mark and Luis H were the job leads and did an excellent job managing the team. Mario, the superintendent, came by to check in, and other installers like Luis T and Porfirio were equally skilled and courteous.We have two cats and two dogs, so coordinating the work around our pets was a concern—but the crew was incredibly accommodating. They allowed us to keep our animals in one room while they worked on the others, and then finished up those spaces after we transferred the pets. It made the process smooth and much less stressful for us and our furry family.Everyone on the team was polite, respectful, and they left our home spotless. As far as we can tell, everything looks fantastic—the new windows and sliding doors are beautiful and feel like a huge upgrade to our home.We give American Vision Windows our highest recommendation. From our first meeting with Chris to the final cleanup, the whole experience was seamless, professional, and impressive.
