When our home's old screens and sliding door glass were worn out after 30 years, many told us that it is very expensive to replace screens/frames and sliding doors. We have searched many window service providers and yes, it was very pricey.Then we thought maybe we can see if it is possible to replace the screen only. Bull's came out of search results and surprisingly they were able to come to our house to take off the screes and measure the sliding door glass on Saturday! Very efficient indeed.The efficiency comes in many aspects:- they always call ahead of their coming to our hours at least days before;- they are pretty punctual. when they informed us about the time frame, they did come in that 2-hour window;- they emailed the quote clearly showing the charges without hidden costs;- best of all, their technicians, especially Brandon, are very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, patient and willing to answer all questions.- last but not least, they have 20-year warranty on sliding door glass.Now we have new screen (frames still old though old) and sliding door glass! Highly recommended!
