We were referred to Top Level Construction as we were starting our home renovations. What we originally thought would be an easy window replacement turned into discovering endless low quality DIY jobs from the previous owners, along with termite damage all around the house, leading to unexpected structural work needed. The stress was consuming us, but luckily, we were able to work with Top Level’s team to help get us through this job. Isidro was able to help guide us in the right direction and was so easy to work with. He and his team took control of the situation, identified what needed to be fixed, and fixed the problems very quickly. Ragina was also a godsend during this process as she educated us on how the permitting and inspection processes works (which I think usually doesn’t need too much attention from the homeowners, but we wanted to be more involved). Isidro and Ragina go above and beyond to make sure homeowners feel supported and confident in the work that was done. When other resources were needed, they were so quick to lend a helping hand and tapped into their own networks to see what can be done. We are extremely satisfied with Top Level and will always be our top recommendation on home renovation projects!

Isidro and his team are fantastic at what they do! Our house is over 80 years old and needed a complete makeover! He took the time to listen and understand our needs and vision. The job kept growing, and since this was new territory for me, Isidro navigated and explained the permitting process with expertise.
