Enrique and Jose took great care of me. Auto Glass Warehouse was by far the best price in all of the bay area. I compared pricing and they were substantially more affordable. Quick service, came right to my home - efficient and extremely friendly and effective with communication. Gave me the quote and honored the price - highly recommend for anyone in the Bay with a broken window.
HIGHLY recommend! They were able to come to my work within a couple of hours, the job itself took maybe 30 minutes, and the cost was under $200 .... Safelight quoted me $550. Also they had the exact tint in stock which I was impressed by. 5 star service ??
Jose came by to do a mobile replacement of my rear windshield (for no additional cost) and it looks better than the original. The pricing here was better than the quotes I received over multiple calls to Marin shops and I could not be more thrilled with their work.Jose was an absolute professional and I'm sorry he had to come by on the one hot day we've had this summer. He had to deal with nightmare traffic on the way in as well and he and Enrique kept me updated on the delay.I don't review often and keep it for the ones who really bail me out of a jam and these are the ones.
Enrique and his team are great. I sent a request through Yelp for quotes at 7pm on a Sunday, Enrique responded within 20 minutes and with a price that was better than five other companies that sent quotes. We agreed for him to come at 7am the following morning. Enrique was prompt and arrived at exactly 7am. He started installing the window within a couple minutes and was completed by 7:35am. He did a quality job on the truck, provided a receipt, and warranty ensuring my son and I could call/text him for any questions. Enrique was a pleasant man to work with and I would highly recommend.
I needed my windshield repaired in a hurry. My wife had saved Enrique’s number when she needed the same service a few year ago and also remember exceptional service. I called late on Friday. Enrique and Juan were able to help me the next day morning in front of my house. They charged a fair price (huge price difference when compared to the dealership and the local body shop!). They were fast (20mn) professional and nice. I insisted on buying their lunch! Well deserved!
