What an amazing experience with the Window Factory! Every step of the process was smooth and seamless. Sarah and Rachel are so responsive and great communicators. The team showed up on time, worked efficiently and did an incredible job installing new windows for us. We had another window company who said they wouldn’t touch our windows without a contractor’s help. Jose and crew were punctual, fast and clean with the replacement of a patio door.It was not cheap by any means but overall we were happy with the outcome. Would definitely recommend Window Factory and we’ll likely use them again for future projects.
