We usually do all our own renovation projects but with having larger windows we decided to hire this project out.We got quotes from 3 companies all not being too far off in price, but we started to make few calls and trying to sift through all the information to get a true apples to apples comparison (window specs vary a decent amount as did the quotes for what they were actually selling).Dayna our sales guy was super responsive and helpful with comparative specs. After a few conversations we agreed on a window with comparative options and price. Along with those they self preform the work in house and the lifetime warranty on labor and manufacture (others were prorated in the fine print if you dig deep enough)When they came out to measure the lead installer was very attentive and we even ran through one concern i did have about sizing for install. After removing trim on a garage window we agreed the one piece was going to need to be removed.After windows were ordered and recieved, booking went smooth as it could for the weather we have been having. First round was canceled due to temps and wind. Second attempt the winter played nice.On install day when they arrived crew leader Dean and I walked around the house and put together a plan to do the larger windows later in the day once the temps rose and keep bedroom doors shut as they were working to help keep the house warm.Day one the crew of 7 were attentive and respected the job site trash and interior always cleaned up and not cluttered.Outside trim fit well before caulk and the caulking to the brick was smooth and not messy.Day 2 we had Dean and one other back. After day one i had enough trust to go to work as they were doing the interior trim. Again super professional and confirmed even more so I made the right choice to do the work. Interior looked top notch. On final walk through I looked to try and find a issue knowing how tedious finish work can be, but surprised yet again and the attention to detail.Do not hesitate to use these guys for your windows, very responsive, detail oriented, and easy to work with. Ask for Dean maybe we can get that guy a raise, hard worker and cares about quality over just getting it done so they cna do the next one.
Radiant replaced an entry door and broken storm door. The entry door was original to our home and was so drafty! What a difference the new doors make, they are beautiful and efficient. Everything about the process was very easy, Ryan even squeezed us in about a month early for installation when he saw how bad the draft was. Greatly appreciated!
Great communication, install crew was excellent.Owner stopped by ( for a couple hours) to ensure a non standard window install went as planned. After thorough research so glad I went with Radiant, highly recommend!

I had all my windows replaced and I couldn’t be more thankful of the work and final outlook. Mike the owner notice I was missing some trim work on one window that my husband that built this home had missed. Mike gratefully stated that he might have that extra trim, and if so, he would come back and install it for me free not too many businesses would done this at all without charging me. This business shows their thankfulness to each and every customer for using them. If you need one window or 12 windows or more, you won’t go wrong on contacting Radiant Windows for the job. They stand behind their work.
