Horrible customer service. Called for estimate to replace two casement windows and garage door window. Already had the glass. Sent pictures as instructed by them. They never returned calls or responded after. If they were busy or not able to do work, they should have just said that. They just dissappear no response. What kind of company just stops answering the phone and doesn't return voice mails and emails? Very unprofessional. Went with Comapny in Oak Harbor and work is already completed. Don't bother with Glass Guys

I absolutely LOVE this company. They just installed new shower doors in one of our rentals, and did a fabulous job. I didn't even need to be there during the measure, install, nothing. They did everything without me, making it super convenient. When I saw the finished work, it was exactly what I asked for. Rare level of service nowadays. Thank you Glass Guys!!!!!!!
Awesome service! They custom made champagne & glass holders for our limousine bus. Repaired many screens for our house. Having them made to fit glass top for our kitchen table! All of the staff are really friendly & knowledgeable! Owner Steve is a great guy!
