Bill was the salesman and he came to my home very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was appreciative of his patience and attentiveness to details as he worked with me till everything was exactly what I wanted.Erick was very nice and respectful as he came to my house for measurements.Then it was install day and the crew was respectful, efficient, and cleaned up well after. I had 5 windows and a sliding door installed and am very happy with the outcome. Erick then came out after the inspection to put on the final pieces.Thank you to all the people involved with my project!!

I cannot say enough good things about the company. CJ was our salesman and he was awesome. We had received quotes from two other companies and they were nearly double the price (same quality windows) along with high pressure sales. From the moment CJ entered our home, he was very professional, honest and no pressure.Once the windows arrived and install day came, Matt came to our home with Chris and John (the installers) and again, we can't say enough good about them. We had 15 windows and they were installed in two days. They cleaned up and dusted after themselves and even cleaned each window after it was installed. I'd highly recommend this team as they did an excellent job on the install. Matt followed-up on the job and things couldn't have gone smoother than it did. They even sent someone out after the inspection (think his name was Eric) to remove the window stickers and finish pieces.All in all, everyone in this company was great to deal with and we're very happy we chose to work with them. The windows are great, quiet and beautiful. We'd highly recommend this company to anyone.
From the first meeting with Bill to the final install of our windows and doors, the experience was excellent. Factory direct met with us on multiple occasions to coordinate a layout. Showed us templates of their product and how it would appear on the house. The install for 10 windows and one door took six hours. We are very pleased with the outcome thank you FD!
Matt and his team did a great job installing our new windows. They were fast and professional on day of install. I recommend them. The windows are American made! I like that these guys are local. The best part is no pressure sales, so you have time to think about the quote! I told FDW that makes them stand out from all the competition. Price was reasonable. Not super expensive like the other guys. They offer Greensky financing for windows. Greensky has thousands of good reviews. My family is very happy with our new windows. Thanks FDW!
