Primal Windows company is very professional. My two sliding doors were installed in less than four hours. Their work was clean, accurate and very professional. I was even impressed with the way they carefully transported the doors to my house. The sliding doors had black tape in certain sections to prevent them from scratching. Working with Claudia was easy. She answered all my questions and made me feel like a valued customer. Unfortunately, I didn't know about this company sooner. I had previously hired a contractor to install a sliding door in my bedroom and the experience was horrible. We bought the sliding door from the Contractors Warehouse in Montebello thinking I was getting a deal, and it turn out to be a nightmare. They kept sending me the wrong size sliding door eventhough I wrote down the correct mesurements and gave them to the employee at the store. I had to reorder the door three times. On the third time I went to the Contractors Warehouse in Long Beach and finally I got the right size door. I unfortunatelly lost time and money returning the wrong size doors evethough it was not my fault . Don't make the same mistake and just hire a professional company. I truly recommend Primal Windows for their excellent service, great prices , quality work, and beautiful doors. Thank you Claudia for making this project stress free and affordable.

It was very easy and pleasant to work with Primal Windows and Doors from placing an order to scheduling an appointment and getting installation done. I had a garden window replaced. Their measurement was so precise I did not lose any dead space between the 2X4 and the new window frame. Their price is great and the window quality is top notch!

Hi: If your a skeptic as I was, look no further. I've researched, got bids from other companies and I even went to visit Pure Vinyl Windows, Primal's manufacture plant and I find that they are the nicest people working there and their bid is reasonable. Also I found out their vinyl is certified and offered a good warranty compared to other companies which is a big plus. I really appreciate them getting my patio door made, delivered and installed couple days earlier than my scheduled date. When your a landlord, time is of essence and to have great service is well worth returning and recommending. Thank you Claudia for sending Isaac over to SJC with such short notice to measure my door on a Saturday. We love this vinyl patio door, installed exactly how we wanted it, just perfect!. Appreciate you guys!
