After looking at multiple companies to replace all 23 of our home windows we decided to work with XO Window Systems; and it was the best decision we could have made. Amir not only gave us an amazing presentation, but gave us the details we needed to fully understand the product, service, and installation process. We considered a few companies and found a better quote, but Amir stayed in communication with us and matched it. So the decision was a no brainer. A job we thought would take 2-3 days, ended up taking just 1 day! His install team are all professionals who worked fast, and provided top quality installation. They were efficient, cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything was installed as planned before they left. Highly highly recommend.
I feel incredibly lucky to have found Amir and his team for our window replacement! From the start, communication was straightforward, and the pricing was very reasonable. A huge green flag was that they adhere strictly to California contract law by only requiring a 10% deposit. Something we found many other vendors don't do.The installation itself was seamless. The crew arrived before 9 AM and managed to replace 9 windows, including a sliding door, in a single day, even on an unusually hot February day. What really impressed us was their custom work. We had a difficult-to-find "sunburst" grid pattern that three other vendors told us they couldn't match, but Amir’s team replicated it perfectly.They also went above and beyond for us. We asked if they could caulk some gaps near our front door, and even though it wasn't their job, the crew happily took care of it and did a beautiful job. The finishes are highly professional, and my wife and my parents are absolutely thrilled with the results. I wholeheartedly recommend their services!
Truly legitimate company on both the management and installation sides.We recently moved into older house that was not very well taken care of and have been working on renovating it step by step. It came time to replace 3 windows (one of which was quite large, 2-3x the size of a normal window) and 2 patio doors. This was a larger project and of course I did my due diligence in talking to multiple companies before making a decision. Almost at the last second I stumbled across XO Window Systems at the recommendation of a window screening company that helped with the windows that did not need to be replaced (WeScreen, another fantastic company). Grateful to Viviana at WeScreen for her recommendation, because we have absolutely no regrets with choosing XO Windows.Scheduling the initial assessment was painless and Amir was efficient and professional. I've grown up working on houses and at the end of the day what I am looking for is quality of character. With house renovations it is unrealistic to expect that everything will go as planned, and what makes or breaks an experience is how things are handled when issues inevitably arise. After spending some time walking through the project with Amir I was more than comfortable with having him and his team move forward with the project. Amir’s pricing was also a bit lower than the other company I was considering, so that helped solidify the decision.The installation day itself was relatively uneventful, which is how we like it. The guys that came out were polite, efficient, and pleasant around the wife and baby. They also notably got along well and had good teamwork as they grinded out the demo and installations (9a-6p). They went above and beyond in helping with some small peripheral issues and were conscientious about keeping the surrounding areas clean. I cannot say enough great things about Amir and the installation staff at XO. We just finished up a complete replacement of 23 windows and 2 sliders in our home and the replacement process only took 2 days! When first meeting with Amir, he and his colleague provided a warm, welcoming atmosphere that was focused on not just selling us a product, but teaching us about the product and the differences between the offerings (there were not many!). We went through the entire house and they fielded all our questions about repairs, timelines, and anything else we could muster up. They then showed us samples of the windows (Milgard and Simonton) and offered general guidance on pricing differences between the two. Amir was incredibly polite and attentive to our needs and followed up at intervals that allowed us time to think and feel out our project. the prices that were offered were cheaper than industry average (based on our 5 quotes we received) and the products were comparable. Once we decided to go with XO, the installation team came out and took measurements of all our windows and the windows arrived within 5 weeks of our order. Once we agreed on a time for the complete install, the installation team showed up at the time that was agreed on, laid down the appropriate materials to ensure a clean and tidy project, and got to work promptly. The entire installation took 2 days and once it was complete, we went through the entire walk through, where the installers fielded some of my questions and fixed some of the issues I identified, with no question or fuss at all. Amir then followed up with my after the installation was complete and has been incredibly helpful in ensuring our satisfaction with the product and the process. I cannot recommend Amir and XO Window Systems enough! Such a breath of fresh air.
We were referred to XO Window Systems by my parents. Our consultation with Amir was wonderful, he was very informative and thorough in answering all our questions. We proceeded with XO and our windows were installed about 6 weeks after the initial meeting. The crew was awesome, they did a wonderful job at the prep work, covering and protecting our things, and installing the windows. We were surprised as to how quickly and efficiently they worked over the course of 4 days. We had a total of 26 windows installed including 2 that were raised requiring a build out. The new texture on the stucco and drywall matches perfectly and looks seamless. Additionally we had french doors taken out and changed into a sliding glass door. Everyday the crew cleaned up the spaces they worked in which was much appreciated. We definitely recommend XO Window Systems!
