Great customer service, and seamless installation. Representative Linda oversaw everything and followed up afterwards to make sure things were to our satisfaction. This was our second purchase. Highly recommend.

My experience at Santa Barbara Screen & Shade was pleasant and professional from start to finish. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful . My two pairs of shutters are beautifully made and sanded to perfection. It is great that the shutters were made in their facility in SBl All communication was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend SBS&S!

My partner and I were each using SB Screen & Shade for our respective homes before we even met. (It's one of the many things we have in common. ;) Now with two homes to care for, SBS&S is our "go-to, sure bet" place for all things related to window coverings, screens and shade. Recently I needed a very small item for my window blinds and they gave it to me at no charge. And were incredibly nice about it! They are an awesome local business.
