We as a family have been using Eric at Able Glass for over 40 years. They have replaced all our homes and rental property windows. I recently had them replace a old garden window and sliding glass door.
The crew especially Castillo was great, exceptional work, cleanliness and going the extra step to insure quality until the job was completed. Excellent job replacing the stucco around the window. Eric has always had fair pricing and value to all his estimates. We never had any problems with any of the windows that were installed by Able Glass. I highly recommend them!

Able Glass did an excellent job on my windows replacement project. I highly recommend them.

Everyone was great from start to finish -- all were dedicated, knowledgable, and really pleasant to deal with. The owner Eric stayed on top of the big picture, making sure the project proceeded smoothly, answering any questions and ensuring cost quotes and other stages in the project were handled in a timely manner. The foreman Leo measured my existing window frames and translated my high level wishes (energy efficiency, quiet, security) into window features that met my needs. Leo is an excellent communicator and did a really great job helping me understand the trade-offs between the various options so I could make an informed decision without any upselling. The installation team did an excellent job installing the windows, with each person a specialist in their part of the work. They also took care to put down drop cloths to protect the floors and left the newly installed windows and the area around them gleaming when they were done. And they demonstrated the various features of the windows to make sure I understood how everything worked and could take full advantage of the features. All in all it was a really great experience. I am enjoying how nice the windows look, the improved insulation they provide now the weather is colder and how much quieter it is when yard work, planes, trains, ... are making noise outside.

I heard about Able Glass through my next door neighbor who highly recommended them. Several other neighbors also had windows installed by Able Glass and all were extremely pleased with the results. Besides their excellent on-line reviews, I'm sure Able Glass gets a lot of business by word of mouth from their many satisfied customers. Eric, the owner, has truly created a culture of excellence at his company -- they definitely deserve their great reputation!

We've done a lot of house projects recently and so rarely in the last 2 years have I been able to give one of these companies a five star view. But Able Glass? I would give them six stars if I could.

Recommended to me by a friend who recently had their windows replaced, I reached out to Able not sure about how their timelines would be. Eric, the owner, was extremely responsive, getting back to my initial request in under an hour. By the end of the same day, I had an appointment scheduled for one of their people to take a look and give us an estimate. At the time, we were in the middle of a kitchen remodel. Turns out our contractor wanted us to wait until after the project was completed to get the windows replaced due to permitting. No problem - Able quickly worked with us to get our appointment canceled and rescheduled once we were ready.

When Leo came out, he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He answered a lot of questions on site, and Eric replied to all of our follow-up questions via email. They have a showroom locally that I was able to go to to check out the actual windows to help me decide on the model I wanted. Once I landed on the model, Able placed the window order. They came in pretty quickly in my opinion, I think about six weeks? Maybe a little bit quicker.

As soon as the windows arrived, they reached out to schedule the installation. Since we were replacing a lot of windows, it was a multi day project. We were able to schedule for the following week. The crew came and knocked out the windows in two days. There was some extra work that needed to happen to install trim around the windows on the outside, and they came on a Saturday to finish that work.

I was extremely impressed at how clean they kept the work area, barely any dust/debris left at all. I was expecting a lot more, but they were vacuuming the whole time and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. The areas on the existing trim that we needed to do paint touchup on were also so much smaller than I expected. I could barely even tell that the windows were replaced from looking at the trim! The outside trim work that they did was very high-quality, and both my husband and I were impressed at the final look. It truly looks way better than it did before. Plus, the crew were so helpful in explaining all the trim options to us, showing us mock ups of what it might look like, and helping us choose the best option. Can't recommend Able Glass enough and would 10000% use them again! Thanks, Eric and Able Glass team!

My General Contractor recommended the place. Eric was beyond helpful. I came with my blueprint for the house and we placed the order. There was one tricky window, where we worked out a combination window to still meet the look and egress requirements. Ordered French Door, about 11 window and 2 outdoors doors. Post ordering the follow up for delivery dates was spot on. Overall, loved working with Eric / Able Glass. Will defn recommend the place.

We’re so happy with our Milgard windows from Able Glass! We had Leo come out and measure our windows and doors. Eric gave us different options and suggestions of what would work best for our home. We had 40+ windows of all odd shapes and sizes and all the windows and doors came out perfect! Our house looks amazing and stays cool on hot summer days and warm in the winter.
