I called and left 2 messages that were never returned. On the 3rd try I talked to a rep who said he would talk to his installer and get back to me the next day. That was 5 days ago and still no response. I can only imagine what would happen if I got a quote and scheduled the work. I called them because I used Mike's in the past under the original ownership and was very satisfied. I guess when it was purchased by the new owners the service left. I would not recommend this service provider.
