Courtney is absolutely amazing! She truly went above and beyond to help me during a very stressful time. I was on a tight deadline and didn’t know what to do about an outdated, broken window lock. After looking into several options, I went to Preferred Glass and Windows to ask about their repair services. What started as a simple Q&A about repair costs quickly turned into something much more. As Courtney gathered details about my window, she realized that it was actually covered under a lifetime warranty. Without hesitation, she immediately filed a claim and submitted a service request for me. She could have easily left that information out and charged me for a repair, or simply handed me a customer service number and told me to handle it myself. But she didn’t. She took ownership of the situation as if it were her own problem and resolved it on the spot. Who does that these days? Her integrity, honesty, and genuine care for customers truly stood out. Because of Courtney, I had an exceptional experience.

Service was awesome through the whole experience, from the estimate, the measuring, and the installation. Service men were very friendly and professional. Courtney in the office was very helpful with excellent communication during the entire process. She even called after the job was done to make sure I was happy. Amazing! Professional—from start to finish. Employees are very knowledgeable about their products as we purchased a sliding patio door & nook window. Preferred Glass is great. We have used them twice. Once for windows and french doors. And then today for our shower door. We remodeled our master bathroom and the shower door completed my vision of how we wanted it to look. It is beautiful. Courtney is wonderful to work with. She’s a hoot. So knowledgeable and helpful. The staff that installed our windows and then today our shower door are so polite and friendly. I love working with them. I usually get 3 quotes when I’m doing a project on my house. Preferred has the best prices, knowledgeable staff and the friendliest people in town. ?? Thank you.
