Courtney is absolutely amazing! She truly went above and beyond to help me during a very stressful time. I was on a tight deadline and didn’t know what to do about an outdated, broken window lock. As Courtney gathered details about my window, she realized that it was actually covered under a lifetime warranty. Service was awesome through the whole experience, from the estimate, the measuring, and the installation. Service men were very friendly and professional. Preferred Glass is great. We have used them twice. Once for windows and french doors. And then today for our shower door. We remodeled our master bathroom and the shower door completed my vision of how we wanted it to look. It is beautiful. Courtney is wonderful to work with. She’s a hoot. So knowledgeable and helpful. The staff that installed our windows and then today our shower door are so polite and friendly. I love working with them. I usually get 3 quotes when I’m doing a project on my house.
