Unfortunately after many attempts I could not get the estimator to return my call or give me an estimate in Malibu. I called their office a couple of times and asked if the estimator could please coordinate a time to bid our project. Each time they said they would and never did. A couple of years ago I had wanted a bid before our project began and the guy no showed on me. I understand they may be busy. If they’re this inattentive in the sales process, it definitely seemed off putting to think of how they would handle the job. Bummer. I wanted to work with them. :/
3 stupid kids threw a rock and broke my tenant's window. I dropped off the broken windows around 1045am and it was ready by 3pm.
They were very fast, professional and competitively priced for supplying the glass(didn’t use service). For constructive criticism: I would consider smaller than 1inch sculptured grilles (7/8,3/4,1/2 etc) also the glass finish could be better at the edges where the black sealant is. I would work with them again.
I call today to victor replace my window glass is crack . Victor came same day in 2 hours window Sanday. Very impressed. Awesome service. thanks a lot victor.
I called 4 other glass companies. I am a contractor and needed an estimate on a commercial job right away. No one wanted to drive to the job site and look that the job but Economy Glass. They put me on the schedule, came out in a timely fashion,gave me a fair quote. My biggest plus for this company.. The came to the job site.. No other glass company would.. I had my estimate in two days.. I still have not heard back form the other companies in weeks.. I would highly recommend this company for no other reason that they are professional and show up. I am moving forward with this company for all my door and window needs and hope to have a long lasting relationship.
