I've been helping a friend with a remodel that required a new pre-hung door. We ordered the door from Bergy, thinking they've been in business quite a while and we like to shop local. We're now at a standstill since the door was promised 4 business days ago and, after leaving several voicemail messages (that were not returned), I was finally able to get someone to pick up the phone; I was told that the door may be ready in another week, but no promises. I'm willing to change this review if Bergy steps up and has the door done within the next couple of days, otherwise this review will stand. My guess is this is an issue of poor management and I'm surprised that they've been able to stay in business as long as they have.
