Jack Smith staff is very responsive and friendly. The window technicians sent to repair our Milgard windows took the time to make sure all windows were working properly. They were able to work around our plantation shutters to replace balancers. This saved us considerably compared to others quotes we got.
I had a terrific experience with Jack Smith Glass. This was a small job replacing a non-standard shower door. I had already been turned down by another company as they offered to replace the whole shower but wouldn’t replace just the door. Tommy from Jack Smith was very professional from start to finish. He was able to use my original hinges and replaced the door at a reasonable price. The new door actually looks and operates better than the original in that it has a tighter fit and there is no need for a plastic seal strip. I couldn’t be happier.

We have a very heavy 8 foot sliding glass door that is in great conditions but very hard to open. I received a Yellow Pages booklet in the mail with a Jack Smith magnetic business card glued to the front. They said 'no job too small' so I gave them a call. They were very friendly, gave me a quote and quickly called me back with available times. I scheduled the repair for 2 days later.It was a 2-person job since it was such a large door. They arrived right on time with all the parts and tools necessary. They were very nice as well as professional. Within an hour the door, which before took two hands to open, was sliding with just a gentle push with a finger. They left the area as clean as it was when they arrived. We will keep their card handy for any future repairs we may need.
