I had a horribly nonfunctioning sliding glass door. My neighbor recommended Pat at Santa Rosa Glass, and I am so happy I called him! As far as I’m concerned, he is a miracle worker. Where it once took 3 hands to open the door, It now only takes one finger! Besides fixing my door so nicely, Pat was a very pleasant fellow to work with. Thank you so much, Pat!
I rarely leave reviews, but felt compelled too for this company. We rent our house, and we have an oddly placed window that our front door handle touches. Well, my 3 year old swung the door open way too hard and shattered it. We panicked to say the least. My husband called these folks and we had an appointment super quick. The replacement was fast, efficient and both gentleman were extremely kind. I called into office to make payment for work completed as that's how they take credit cards. Now, I don't like calling into places, I prefer to do everything online or by mail. I spoke with Pat, who was just the kindest man. Made me feel glad I had to get out of my bubble to interact for a change. You can tell, these folks take extreme pride in the work they do.It's refreshing to say the least to be met with fast, efficient, affordable work all allside genuine kindness. If any of that appeals to you, I recommend calling these folks up.Side note, I read some of the negative reviews for this company. What it feels like is that people are quick to forget we are all human, and mistakes can happen. If you are quick to turn these folks away over a small mistake, then you didn't deserve them in the first place. While replacing a small window may seem like a small unimportant detail in some folks lives, it wasn't in ours and these folks gave us the relief from extreme panic as renters. Keep what you are doing yall, you are doing a wonderful job!
One of the worst experiences of my life. Came to measure twice and still ordered the wrong size. Cancelled first scheduled install saying installer was sick. Cancelled second scheduled install and said someone walked off with the shower door hardware. Finally arrived on third attempt only to install one of the glass panels before realizing that the second panel was too large and wouldn't fit. Also used one of our new bath towels as a floor mat completely ruining the towel. Left black greasy stains all over new bathroom floor tiles. When we asked Pat why the shower hardware looked crooked he said that they weren't finished but it was clear that it was just sloppy work. Do not use this company for your bathroom glass.
I contacted the company to get quotes on replacing two windows in a new house. Pat came out and did one adjustment with no charge and made some recommendations. He further reached out to Milgard to have them call me about the two windows because they were under warranty. No charge for the call or adjustment which spoke volumes to me since all Home Depot did was provide an insane quote for $4,000. Never use the big box stores for window replacements. Go local. Thanks Pat
I had called a competitor and had them promise me my custom glass sheet would be ready the next day. I called the next day, and they said they were too busy, but would have it ready "tomorrow." They'd already charged be for the cut! I told them that's what they said yesterday, so I canceled my order, and called SR Windows & Glass. They said they were busy too, but would get it ready by 4pm. They weren't there, but the glass I ordered was outside, ready for pick up. They hadn't even asked me for a payment yet! I, of course, called them to pay for it, but wow, what a difference in service! I could not recommend SR Windows & Glass more. Don't bother with those other people who don't have time for you; call these people, who do. You won't regret it!
