Allen and his crew did an amazing job recently at our Villa on Hilton Head Island. They were polite, punctual, detail oriented and went above and beyond to ensure the job was completed to our satisfaction. Their knowledge and understanding of what we needed for several small windows and spaces was of true value. I would highly recommend Allen and his team.
Meet with Allen and was really impressed with his knowledge. I wanted him to do the work and decided to hire him based on some ballpark pricing he gave me. I just needed to get a formal quote for all the windows. He promised to get me a quote the next morning. A week later and no quote. When I ask him about the quote, he told me to find someone else. I said I wanted him to supply and install the windows I just didn't understand why every day I was being told the estimate wasn't ready and I would get it the next morning. He said, "we are done, hire someone else" and hung up on me. I guess I dodged a bullet. My guess is he's a nice knowledgeable guy but not very professional. In this case I'm not sure what set him off. All I was asking for was a contract so we could get the windows ordered. I'm a builder and deal with suppliers and contractors all the time. Never had anything like this happen to me before.
