Process went smoothly from beginning to end. Every staff member that came into our home was respectful and considerate of their impact on our home. The crew that replaced the windows was thorough and efficient. They left our home clean and fully functional. Now that we have had our new windows for summer and winter we have noticed a great difference in maintaining a comfortable temperature in both hot and cold weather.
Only problem was ordering in August and getting installation in early December. A new sliding patio door makes a pretty big hole in your home. But Next put up barriers that helped keep the cold out. I now have 4 entryways with Next installed doors.

For more than a decade, I dreaded the arrival of winter each year because cold air poured through the large gaps between and around our old French patio doors.
