We are extremely excited and satisfied with our new front door installed door. The installers Robert and Adam were very skilled and professional. They protected the inside of the house while they worked. That was greatly appreciated! The made sure everything was vacuumed and cleaned up before they left. We highly recommend Renewal by Anderson to get quality products and service!

Great one-stop shop for windows and doors replacement! We were impressed by the service provided by every Renewal by Andersen team member at each step of the process. First, one of their Design Consultant, Stephen, came to our condo and spent hours explaining the process, the different window styles, trims, etc., and answering our numerous questions. After some back and forth to clear all the details and get a final quote, we decided to move forward with the project. Then we had an Installation Project Manager, Justin, come over to take precise measurements, finalize all details, and make sure we understand everything before the installation. The last step was the installation itself which took place approximately 2 months from the order placement, which was faster than other providers we got a quote from. On installation day, the crew was on time and their Crew Leader, Leo, explained in detail what was going to happen that day and how long it was going to take. At the end of the day, the crew leader walked me through each window and demonstrated how each one functions. They did a fantastic job and left our place as clean as they found it. In a few days one of their painters, Raphael, came over to paint the window trims. He was so detail-oriented and made sure that the job was done perfectly. Throughout the whole process I was informed of the progress through their online portal as well as by emails from the Concierge that was assigned to our project. The new windows look great and I have no regrets paying premium for the quality and service that Renewal by Andersen delivered.

On 11/03/2025 I found that the 37 year old sliding door had a shattered pain on the outside panel of the stationary thermal window. Since the sliding door became harder and harder to slide each winter that unit needed replacing ASAP. Called Mark Baba, alias Odysseus, on a Friday evening around supper time and the dude set up over the phone. Thanks Mark.

Then when the new door was ready Renewal by Anderson sent out Tomas to do the install. Now Tomas was amazing. It was obvious that he was an expert from the beginning. He checked all measurements first and when he was satisfied he began by covering the carpeting from the front door up the stairs to my second story condo covering every inch of carpet on his path to the back room which had the old sliding door to the deck which had no stairs - so yes he had to carry all his tools, equipment and supplies to do the install including the new unit, take the old unit apart, remove the old frame and carry that all out. Next he dressed the opening preparing it for the new frame which he had to assemble in the hallway. Putting the new frame in place making sure it was level and square and ready for new side window and door which now glides open and closed with almost no effort. The new handles and locks are real nice.

So he finished the outside trim - looks real nice Tomas. On the inside he put up the new wide poplar trim and I was truly amazed at how PERFECT the miter at the top corners was! Fantastic Tomas ??. He even added a protective barrier that will protect the wall when the poplar is stained… nice touch T ??

After he took everything down to his truck we did the walk thru. Other than the new unit there was no sign he was ever there except for evidence that a true artist had done a fabulous job. Cost wise - you get what you paid for. Thanks Mark and Tomas
