Excellent experience with Sunshine Siding and Windows. Highly recommend. Bought this house in Oct. 2024 and Sunshine has been working here consistently for abt the last 6 mos. Fil Altamirano is Sunshine’s estimator who come out to quote the job. But truly he is the general contractor because from the point the job is sold to completion he is on site everyday following the progress, starting the crews off and checking in with you at the end of each day for questions, etc. He is your single point of contact throughout process regardless of what job is being done. He is accessible and responsive. The jobs performed at my house were: whole house siding, aluminium soffits, fascia, gutters downspouts, windows throughout, new patio door and 2 security doors. The siding and aluminium foreman, Nesefro, was wonderful to work with, he headed a 3-4 man crew and they know their business. They were respectful of the property, kept the construction mess confined to my property while working and cleaned up at end of everyday even if the job was a multi day project. The window and door contractor was Joe, also fabulous. He installed windows throughout house, patio door (new model that has the blinds between the glass panels, so convenient), and 2 new exterior security doors. Joe is also very neat, timely, and good attention to detail. In my opinion here is the take away from this review for Sunshine Siding and Windows: They know their business, Fil is the general contractor and does all scheduling and follow up on the job no matter what services are being performed or how many different trades are at your house, and Sunshine is at your house every consecutive day until the job is finished. To me, that alone is worth the price. Sunshine is not a DIY discount company, but if you are a person that values a hassle free transaction, professionalism, respectfulness, competent, skilled work that you won’t have to have redone, then this is your company. I hope this review helped anyone considering these types home improvement projects.

I had purchased a condo 2 years ago and was in desperate need to replacing my two 50 year old sliding glass doors. I met with Fil and received a vey fair quote and 2 months later the doors will very beautifully installed. I am very happy with the whole smooth process. I was kept aware of each step as we went along. 10/10 would recommend working with Sunshine.

I recently purchased a whole house window replacement with Sunshine. I am very pleased with the quality of the product and installation. I had gotten quotes from a few other window companies, who all were selling vinyl windows. What made me go with Sunshine was the wide variety of products. We decided on an entry level Marvin fiberglass product. I am satisfied with the purchase and would recommend all aspects of the experience. Fil was great to work with on pricing, the install team was prompt and clean. It seems to be a very good product. I was nervous on spending such a large amount of money, but I do feel I received a very fair value. I would do it again if given the choice. Buy with confidence.

Fil was very responsive & made it easy for me throughout the entire process. Purchased & installed a Front Entrance door along with a storm door and Patio sliding door with built-in blinds. Contractors were very professional and did an excellent job . Cleaned up after work was complete. I would hire them again.
