Ordering with the salesman was good and pretty easy, it took some extra effort to get the measure for the windows, at the last minute before the appointment company called and said they didn't have anybody available to do the measure. I was able to get the manager to come out and measure.After the install date, the windows came in early, was set, nobody shower for the install, said the installers were late and couldn't be there till 4pm, too late to install, set another date, company called, installer called in sick. A third date was set and finally installed, waiting to see how good good the install and the window perform. Overall this whole process needs a little fine tuning, stating with communication with customer.

It was a good experience overall. They were flexible to work with us on changing the initial order and the windows came roughly in the timeline they promised. The installers were great, very nice and worked very quickly to replace all of our 8 windows within less than 5 hours. They were also able to reschedule to ensure it was a warmer day in the middle of the winter. The window quality is also very good, windows slide smoothly and are very heat efficient. The outside flashing work was immaculate, internally they sealed everything real well and even worked around our old, not so perfect window frames. We would recommend this company to anyone.

I had my period reinstalled by the best of the best his name is Gedas he did a wonderful job and the detail of his job is amazing. He is going to work with very pleasant just a nice guy and his job of the detail. He was 110% to his job and it shows on the quality of his work.. Gedas is the best of the best If anybody needs a patio or Windows to be installed, please request Gedas because You will get the job done correctly. I hope Universal Windows would acknowledge him and reward him. I cannot say enough about this amazing worker. I’m going to have my windows redone and here it will be the definitely a person to install the windows for me 110% satisfied by him and his work. Tyler Moore I worked with him regarding my patio door and my flooring and he was amazing kind and a really nice person to work with. I hope management sees this feedback Gedas.

Through the entire process from the initial sales pitch to the final product, this was a wonderful experience. The knowledge that thier staff has about the products is amazing and the one on one personal working relationship is stellar!
And the crew that installed....wow! Gedas and Ferwin were incredible! In a day and a half they installed a full house of windows in 116 degree heat and blaring sun! They pushed through like champs and completed a massive job while being professional and friendly the entire time! And cleaned up everything, including sweeping the floors!!

I’m not impressed with the installation. My windows were installed less than 24 hours ago and in spite of being new it appears the seal is already loose. I called this morning thinking I would get a quick response because it was just installed yesterday and nothing. On top of that I noticed the windows were significantly smaller than the actual opening of which the installer said would be covered. Why would you install a smaller window in the first place. None of it makes sense. I don’t want imperfections covered up. I want a proper install. On top of these gaps they put no wood to support the exterior and just put a hollow metal sheets in the form of a box on the exterior to cover it up. They also keep giving me the runaround when I call the office. True lifetime warranty is convenient to say when you don’t answer calls.
