Life time warranty on Windows’s is a great deal!!! Front desk employee Matthew very informative and helpful. Great business
I highly recommend A1 Glass in Universal City! I’ll admit I was a bit obsessive about finding the perfect ceramic tint for my Escalade. I originally had Xpel tint installed at another shop but really disliked the blue hue. After doing a ton of research, I discovered Formula One/Llumar tint and reached out to A1.Matt was incredibly kind and patient, answering all of my many questions. I ultimately chose the Pinnacle line (instead of the higher-end Stratos) because it had the exact charcoal shade I wanted. The result is perfect—my Escalade looks amazing, the interior is noticeably cooler, and the color is exactly what I had in mind.If you’re looking for quality tint and great service, A1 Glass is the place to go!
I had originally gone to a “big box” tint store but wasn’t impressed with their service agreement or the staff’s attitude, so I canceled and instead called A1 Glass Coating.Fantastic window tint! Matt and the team did amazing work on my older Corvette. That car is notorious for being tricky to tint—especially the back glass—but Matt immediately put me at ease with his knowledge and experience. He never tried to upsell me on a tint that would have been too thick for the car, which I really appreciated. The results are excellent: the heat reduction is dramatic, the A/C works far less to cool the cabin, and I know the interior is better protected. There was a small accident in the shop with a dolly that scratched the front fender. Thankfully no one was hurt. Matt and his team immediately stepped up and had the scratch professionally repaired at a collision center.Even with that small mishap, I couldn’t recommend A1 Glass Coating enough. It’s rare to find such stand-up people and a truly reputable company. Don’t hesitate to use them—you’ll be glad you did!
Just purchased a new vehicle last week and brought it in for A1 Glass coating to install window tint on my front windshield. The lumar air 80 series tint made an immediate difference as I drove home. It reduces the heat and is legal. It took just under two hours to complete the work. The price was reasonable and they offer a warranty as well. Be sure to get details on that as well. Paid $279 in total. They have Wi-Fi there if you want to do some work while you wait.
I called A1 on Friday and spoke to Matthew. I have a warranty and noticed the film on my car was damaged. Since they were closed on Sat, we made arrangements for me to bring my car on Monday. Today I arrived and not only did Matthew remember me from when I originally had my car serviced, he kindly explained that it looked like something hit my car, maybe a car door, which is not covered under the warranty. Matthew gave me to options and the most economical was to simply remove the damaged area and replace the film....I can't recall the name of what was done but he said it would take 20 min. I decided to wait and it didn't even take 5 min! I am so impressed! Matthew was so kind, generous, and thoughtful! Thank you again for great customer service!
