Customer feedback consistently mentions friendly, knowledgeable sales reps who explain options without pressure and keep in touch through the process. Many note smooth installations, doors and windows that operate well, and thorough cleanup. Several reviews highlight timely responses and clear scheduling. A small number of reviews cite follow-up concerns on warranty-related issues, though these appear less common than the positive experiences.
We had to get our back door replaced and wanted to go with a quality option. We really wanted to get french doors but they weren't our budget (once you had windows with blinds inside it gets expensive) Our sales rep. Chris, was honest, fun and helpful. We ended up getting a sliding glass door. The Quality is Great! And we are very happy. It's so much nicer than our other sliding glass door. The warranty's they offer make the price worth it.Our installer was great. Very clean, and quality work. I was a bit nervous about the install but I couldn't be happier.Only thing I wish they offered was finishing. Like painting the inside/outside trim around the door. But not a big deal. Also communication after the sale could have been a bit better.
This place is great! Started with a visit from our rep Tony. Fun dude to chat with and very knowledgeable of the product he's selling. Got some quotes for a few doors on our house and our guest house. Decided to do just the guest house door for now since it was the worst of the 4. Door was installed a couple days ago and it looks and works fantastic! Process was smooth, everyone involved had great communication. Josh and (can't remember his name) did a wonderful job installing the door and storm door. Nice fellas. They cleaned up the place when they left too. Only bummer about the process was they the door took about 2 months or so to arrive. Otherwise, fantastic experience. Will definitely be saving up to our other doors replaced as soon as we can. Thank you!
We got 15 Anlin Window windows installed throughout our home and couldn't be happier! We actually started considering windows over a year ago, but weren't ready to pull the trigger at the time. Brad was super respectful of that and wasn't pushy at all. When we were ready to circle back to this, we reached out to him and not only did he respond immediately, he remembered exactly who we were. He's definitely a window expert and took the time to answer all of our questions. And we had a lot! This definitely felt like a personalized experience from start to finish. The install crew was very professional and respectful. They worked super quick and everything looks absolutely amazing! 10 out of 10 from start to finish!
We just love our new door and so do our dogs. Everything aspect of the experience was extremely positive. Joe Pucci our salesman was so knowledgeable and helpful the whole process. Cannot compliment the installers enough on their professionalism. What an outstanding crew. Then the cherry on top was they cleaned up after they were done never knew an install occurred. Thank you everyone five stars!
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with both the quality of the door your company installed and the lack of support I’ve received while attempting to resolve an issue that is clearly covered under the warranty. As shown in the attached photos, the exterior trim on the door is separating, peeling, and deteriorating, and there appears to be potential mold or moisture damage developing along the base. This is not normal wear. It is a product failure. Despite this, I continue to be told that this “will not impact the effectiveness of the door,” which is simply untrue.Key Issues:• Product quality failure:The trim has come apart and continues to deteriorate. It is visibly separating, peeling, and exposing inner materials. The condition is worsening and cannot be dismissed as merely cosmetic, especially when moisture and mold-like substances are involved.• Possible mold or water damage:The exposed areas show dark spots and deterioration consistent with moisture intrusion. This could present a health risk if not addressed.• Warranty not being honored:At the time of purchase, I was told the door included a 10-year warranty. I am still within that window, yet I have received no assistance—only excuses and contradictory information.• Unacceptable lack of follow-up:The representative I worked with five months ago never returned a single call, despite assurances that my issue was being reviewed. The young lady I spoke with today was pleasant, but she informed me that “management says there’s nothing they can do,” and the only option offered was a quote for a new door.It is unreasonable to believe that I would purchase another door from your company when I cannot even get support for the one I’m writing about now.I selected Arizona Window & Door Store because I believed I was investing in quality and long-term reliability. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite. This situation should not be this difficult, especially for a company that markets itself on craftsmanship and customer service.Update 11/25/2025What continues to concern me is that a portion of this second door — a door that is rarely used — has deteriorated on its own. That is not normal wear-and-tear; that is a quality and workmanship issue. To be told now that there is “nothing that can be done” is extremely difficult to accept.Additionally, I want to point out clear evidence that contradicts what I am being told now. I have a voicemail — and provided an image of that voicemail — from Lori on June 18, stating that she was waiting to receive the parts to complete the repair that your technician, Angel, came out to verify earlier this year. If that is not proof that this issue was being handled as an active warranty claim, I genuinely do not know what is.I hear what you’re saying in your message, but at the end of the day, this is your business and this is the approach you are choosing to take — which unfortunately means leaving me without any support for a door that is clearly failing prematurely and was previously acknowledged by your own team as a repairable issue.Given the full history — the first failed installation, the assurances at the time of the second door, the technician visit, the repair confirmation, and now the voicemail proving that parts were supposedly being ordered — I respectfully ask that you reconsider your position. I am not asking for anything unreasonable, only for the support I was told I would receive.
