Worked with Michan, she was a referral from a family friend who had her replace their windows a few years ago. We have been doing a lot of deferred maintenance to a house we just bought and though windows were definitely needing replacement, our budget was getting pretty tight after everything we already did. But Michan was bound and determined to make something work for us and after a bunch of different configurations and decisions, Michan helped us find a full window package that worked! West Seattle window and door did great, didn't damage anything, left my house and yards clean and wow what a difference! Having brand new windows on a 35 year old house changed everything about how it looks both inside and out! Don't hesitate as windows just get more expensive each year. Nice thing about Milgard is they're made in Washington state so no tariffs!

I love, love, love my Milgard Ultra fiberglass windows and had a truly wonderful experience working with West Seattle Window & Door LLC and owner Michan Kabbani. My project evolved from a remodel into a full new build, and it was a long process with pauses, revisions, and changes along the way. Through it all, Michan stayed patient, engaged, and incredibly thoughtful. From the beginning, she helped me choose window styles that respected the original era of my 1920s beach cottage, preserving its charm. When the plans shifted, she guided careful adjustments that brought in more light while keeping that old-world feel intact. I chose Milgard Ultra fiberglass windows in Black Bean, and they are beautiful, timeless, substantial, and exactly right for the house. Michan’s attention to detail, deep product knowledge, and design sensitivity truly set her apart. She’s also just a pleasure to work with. She is responsive, easy to talk to, and someone you immediately trust with an important investment. I’m including mid-construction photos and plan to update when finished. But even now, the quality and character of these windows really shine. If I could give more than five stars, I would.

I can't believe I'm writing a review of this company 15 years after installation but today my confidence in them was validated once again! After an attempted break-in one of our Milgard sliding windows seemed to have a frame in questionable shape. I reached out to Michan & company who responded immediately and walked me through all the steps to secure the window as well as what to do to ensure it doesn't happen again. They even offered to come out right away to make sure we were safe. This is an amazing local company run by a caring person, I wish I needed more windows so I could give them more business, but hopefully this will inspire others to become clients!

We had a fantastic experience! Michan was wonderful with working with us to get both windows for an affordable price and also looked good too. We were on a budget and they certainly worked with us. During installation the team was great as well. When a decision point came up they were always knowledgeable and provided their suggestion, which we went with every time. 16 windows took only 2 days to install and our house is no longer breezy, we can now also turn on the heat and not heat the outside as well. We highly recommend them!

Michan helped us transform a garage into a beautiful, light-filled rec room. She was incredibly responsive, helpful, and organized at every step of the process, and we only wish we had found her sooner! The sliding doors and windows were impeccably installed by Above and Beyond Painting and Remodeling. I couldn't imagine having a better experience, and we now wouldn't consider working with anyone else.
