Have had TK out twice to replace windows in my home. Their crews are courteous and quick and their office staff are top notch. The actual product is second to none in my experience as well - the rooms they have done are drastically cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. Cannot recommend them enough.
Thermal King replaced 10 windows and a sliding door several years ago and they are still in great shape with no issues. Recently decided to replace our entry doors so we called Thermal King to get a quote for that project. The sales representative Stephen Constant is excellent and helped us design the doors we wanted. Stephen is also the representative that sold us our windows many years ago. Doors were installed Wednesday and they are beautiful. Matthew and his crew did a great job with installation. We would recommend Thermal King to anyone needing quality windows or doors.
