I had David Davis come visit me at my home and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. After the consultation I had a person come do the measurements and let me know it would be 6-8 weeks. About 4 weeks later they were ready to install. I had the pleasure of having Chris C. an installer show up at 8am alone on a wet and cold early March day. He quickly and efficiently pulled the 5 windows and replace them in a few hours. The weather was terrible and he had no one helping him. I was working from home and he was someone I felt extremely comfortable with working on my home. He did great work and had a great attitude. I would suggest this process to anyone considering new windows. I had a notable amount of water damage from my previous windows but he fixed it all up and it looks great and was very well carpentered. Thanks Chris and team for the great work. Always great to be pleasantly surprised when you have the dreaded home construction contracting underway. He made it a joy and I have only great things to say about the entire experience. Thanks Terri for the assistance on the operations front too!
We have needed a few repairs on our windows due to issues we have caused and Kirby has always been very efficient and friendly! He always explains how to prevent the issues in the future and we appreciate his help and knowledge! Highly recommend window nation!
Annie was delightful to work with. Her positive vibrant personality was genuinely refreshing. She provided a top-notch presentation. Very educational and thorough. I loved the demonstration using the heat lamp to show how their windows block heat. I loved the PowerPoint presentation which included information about the quality materials they use to install the windows. She even provided samples for us to get a firsthand experience. We were very impressed! As a result, we moved forward with accepting the estimate at an unbeatable price for the quality we will be getting. We especially appreciated her commitment to help us get the best deal. We are super excited to be working with Window Nation. Annie is very delightful and engaging. I enjoyed her visit so much. She is so knowledgeable! Presented company and product very well. As a former salesperson, I recognize a good sales presentation and Annie did great! And she is fun and made me laugh. The most fun I've had making a very important purchase - all the windows in our house.
