I typically never leave poor reviews but this has been just a terrible experience all around. I had reached out for a siding repair quote and someone came out an hour and a half past the appointment time and then gave us a quote. I couldnt reach them for follow up for a couple of weeks in which i found out they are no longer with the company. A second person then came out to review the quote even though the first had pictures and said they dont do stucco in an email and cancelled our approved quote. But again nobody ever called me even after reaching out to the company several times wirh the new sales person. We have since moved and are now trying to figure out how to repair weeks later
We hired Xtreme to re-side our entire house, build a new storage area and install several new windows. The job took about 2 months or so. We were very pleased with work quality and timing. Guys showed up every day, cleaned up and kept a tidy work area. Our project manager Andy Atkinson communicated very well and always followed up on things. Many contractors hire 3rd party crews for a variety of reasons. These guys dont do that and it makes a big difference in work quality. The price we paid for the work was reasonable. You get what you pay for. I would highly recommend Xtreme.
The process was fairly smooth. We did have a big project which was bound to have some bumps in the road. They did give us a heads up before starting, being very transparent of the process. They were able to rectify issues that arose, to my liking. This was at the peak of the season and business was booming for them. Ultimately, we went with XE based on the amount of time they have been in business and the warranty they offer covering their product and work. The work we had done was: roof replacement, siding, add stone, gutter/downspout replacement and paint. Overall we are pleased with the results.

New siding, new trim, new paint, all new windows, roof, gutters, decks, stairs, railings, gazebo. It was a lot.A year in, we are quite happy with the fit, finish, and transformation that Xtreme Exteriors accomplished for our property. The difference in appearance and home efficiency accomplished are night and day by comparison.The crews Xtreme brought in were respectful of our property, easy to work with, and some of the hardest working folks I've seen put in a 12+ hour day on the regular. They simply showed up, got to work, and let their craftsmanship reveal itself. Seams between window and framing were kept tight, foam sealing, and calk on all the windows made properly airtight. Lines in the siding were kept straight. Material waste was kept to a minimum in effort to keep costs down.The teams were on our property for nearly four months and each morning, hot or cold, they showed up ready to work with a wave and a smile. Raul and John did so good on the siding, we specifically asked for them to get the work for the roof. It took a little longer than bringing in a swarm of men, but it was so very worth it because the product we got out of it was delivered with great attention to detail.When we had the project kick off, I told the project team that I wanted quality work the first time with very little re-do because someone was simply rushing or careless. I got a handshake and the words, "we can work with that."Everyone involved lived up to that expectation.Was it as inexpensive as we could have done the project with another contractor?No.Was it end result worth the difference?Without question: Yes.The pictures speak for themselves.Before pictures: State of the property originally built in 1988.Project pictures: Start in July and end January of 2024.
Overall a good experience. Our house looks great thanks to the new siding and gutters. It’s comforting knowing that no matter the wild weather we are covered. Team was easy to work with and very friendly. Only thing keeping it from five stars are a few cosmetic flaws that are starting to show themselves.
