Zen Windows KC was phenomenal through the whole process. It was super easy to get a quote. I measured the windows and sent in pictures. Then I received a quote and zero sales pitch or pressure to buy windows. They are great quality windows. Luke was the best to work with. Then Story came out and measured and in 4-6 weeks my windows arrived. I didn’t have to pay a deposit either. I was kept updated weekly on the progress of my windows and expected arrival date. I had 14 windows installed and the price was very reasonable. The installation took two days and they did a phenomenal job. I have already noticed a big difference visually, temperature wise in the house and zero drafting. We are soon having them put in another 6 windows for us. I highly recommend them.

Reviews about Zen windows do not lie! They are five star company because of their customer service, professionalism and quality products. We moved into our new home several months ago, the windows in the bedroom could hardly be opened, it was very cold in the room and noisy from road traffic.

Story was quick and thorough in his initial assessment and estimate. I was pleased to find out that he would be the lead installer for our project. He and Stan were efficient, personable and got the windows installed so quickly. I figured I’d have to vacuum the room and the hallway to the room, no need. They cleaned up after themselves and made it so easy for me. Being there was a major snowstorm on our installation day, I would’ve expected a mess

We’re going to be replacing our other windows at some point, as well as our back door. I wouldn’t think of going to anyone else other than Zen Windows. What a quality company!!

We had a wonderful experience with Zen! Luke was so informational and patient with bme as I went back and forth on door options. Each person we interacted with was personable and professional. The door arrived quickly, and the install was thorough (including making sure all molding was matching and paint was touched up). We have already had multiple neighbors comment on our new door. We absolutely recommend Zen and would use them again!
