Hello, I've been waiting for over 11 months for a replacement thermos under warranty and haven't heard anything from Caron and Guay's service department. It's a shame because we had good service during the installation 5 years ago. Very disappointed.

WE have ordered our windows for our house from Caron & Guay. The Service received was very professional. Our Sales Representative was Eric Charland. Also his Supervisor Benoit was very professional and very helpful with suggestions when he came and measured our windows.I will write another review once all the windows are installed in about 7 weeks time.Their showroom is very classy and very well explained on choices that we made. The only negative comment we would have, is no brochures, our sales contract, or warranty contracts are in English. I feel this could be greatly improved, as not everyone because they live in Quebec understands French language on written contracts or otherwise. I'm sure they have had and still will have English clients. I suggest they could offer these brochures and final sales contracts and warranty contracts in English.
I had all the window of my house redo, i must admit they look so much better than i was excepting. Great quality so far, no issue after a year!
