Indeed, the appointment booking service is very good, and the staff is attentive. However, I got another quote from a glass company, and the price difference was about $600.00 less for nine double-glazed units (most of which were very small) of the same type, with argon filling. So take the time to check to save a few dollars.
The technician came twice: the first time to measure the windows to be replaced, and the second time a few weeks later to do the work. Excellent service and meticulous workmanship. In the photo, only the left-hand window on my garden door was replaced. I highly recommend this service.
