I want to emphasize Shawn's exemplary professionalism and the excellent welcome from the receptionist, who was always friendly and helpful.However, our experience with the manager was very disappointing: disrespectful communication, a condescending tone, and a complete lack of apology. During a phone call, he even asserted that he could address clients however he wanted simply because he was the manager.It's a shame that a company can be so well represented by some employees but tarnished by the attitude of its management.
