Received three quotes to replace 2 large picture windows. Ecoview was not the cheapest but most comprehensive and only one where the installers are employees. Everything went great from the initial consultation, the estimate, working with the project manager for scheduling. In the consultation, he showed me what the different window layouts would look like and the cost. Mark, Jimmy and Dave did the installation and it was amazing! I have an older home so getting things to fit and be straight can be challenging. They taped off all the furniture so everything stayed clean inside. The windows look amazing and my neighbors all have commented. I already notice my house is warmer. I can't say enough good things about this company.
We recently replaced a 25-year-old patio sliding door, and the experience was exceptional. Althea was incredibly diligent, working hard to move our late-January installation window up to an earlier date. Mark and Jimmy performed an outstanding, highly professional job. They removed the old door and installed a newer, more energy-efficient model with precision. We love our new windows! The immediate thing I noticed was the sound insulation. Street noise is so faint that the dogs no longer bark when somebody parks in front of our house late at night.The house is also more comfortable on hot days. The windows open easily to let the cool breeze in at night, and we're expecting lower utility bills this winter.Our new windows match the original 1913 windows that served the house well for a hundred years. They are double sash with one clear pane at the bottom and a 3x4 grid at the top. They are a different design that doesn't use sash weights and pulleys like the original windows did, and we can pop them out for deep cleaning. They also come with screens, which somehow seemed quite a luxury because we've not had any in the 25 years we've lived in this house.Bobby and Mark installed everything in just three days. I received quotes from six different businesses and the price and quality of window and installation was the best with EcoView.Brian (owner) was straightforward from the beginning, their price would not be the cheapest. However, what sealed the deal for me was the lifetime warranty on the window AND installation. No one else was willing to guarantee their installation for more than 2 or 3 years. Their windows are over-built and I like that, they're ensuring that this is a one time purchase.I was also impressed with the speedy process. It was five weeks from the time we decided to purchase to when they were installed. Installation itself took 6.5 hours for 5 windows. Bobby and Mark were great, super friendly and they worked quickly and left the work area looking great once they were done.
