Excellent customer service and quality work. The owners worked hard to get our windows in before my impending due date for our twins. They were careful to wear masks whenever they interacted with us. I highly recommend Custom Window Company for your window needs! We had 30 year old, single pane windows replace with double pane insulated vinyl frame windows and I could tell the difference in the temperature in the house immediately. Robert, Theresa, and Bobby were honest, friendly, and did excellent work. All I can say is that the windows look great and the workmanship speaks for itself. They were prompt about getting us an estimate and once the windows arrived they were quick about calling to set up an installation date. There were no hidden charges. What they quoted was the final price. Aside from the workmanship one of the things I was most impressed about was they didn't leave a mess behind. It seems now days that most contractors leave a mess but not this company. I would strongly recommend them for your next window project.
